Publication of Final Terms

Not for release, publication or distribution, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States.

The Final Terms dated 4 November 2025 in respect of the issue by The Bank of Nova Scotia (the "Issuer") of €500,000,000 Callable Floating Rate Senior Notes due November 2029 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") are available for viewing.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 8 July 2025 and the supplemental prospectus dated 26 August 2025 relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus") which constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as amended), as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, in order to obtain all the relevant information.  Full information on the Issuer and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
