Bank of Ireland announces the appointment of Mr Steve Pateman as Chairman of the Group Remuneration Committee of BoIG plc and of the Court Remuneration Committee of the Bank, replacing Mr Patrick Haren who will step down from the Committee with immediate effect.

Mr Haren will continue to serve as Deputy Chairman, Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee.

This disclosure is made in accordance with paragraph 6.1.64 of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules.
