Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces Board Committee Change

Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces that, to further strengthen the Remuneration Committee of the Board, independent non-executive director Hanna Loikkanen has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from 20 September 2019. The membership of the Remuneration Committee is otherwise unchanged.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
