The Group announces that Mr Jonathan Muir will step down as a member of the Risk Committee with effect from 31 December 2018.  Mr Muir's other roles and responsibilities on the Board remain unchanged.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
