Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') today announces that on 5 November 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') on the Cyprus Stock Exchange ('CSE') and on the Main Market of the Regulated Securities Market of the Athens Stock Exchange ('ATHEX') through Company's broker, The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Limited ('CISCO'). The total shares purchased of 36,356 will be cancelled.
