Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') today announces that on 19 September 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') on the Cyprus Stock Exchange ('CSE') through BOCH's broker, The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Limited ('CISCO'). The total shares purchased of 16,000 will be cancelled.
