Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') today announces that on 21 May 2024 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') on the London Stock Exchange ('LSE') from Company's broker, Numis Securities Limited (trading as Deutsche Numis) and on the Cyprus Stock Exchange ('CSE') through BOCH's broker, The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Limited ('CISCO'). The total shares purchased of 31,344 will be cancelled.
