The announcements of financial results will be published before the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange and Cyprus Stock Exchange trading session.

*The ex-dividend date, the dividend record date and the dividend payment date included in the updated financial calendar for the year 2025 are subject to the approval of the proposed FY2024 final dividend by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting 2025 (the "AGM"). Further details will be contained in the Notice of AGM which will be issued in due course.
