Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Preliminary Financial Results for the year ended 31 December 2024

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 17 February 2025, to examine the preliminary financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the year ended 31 December 2024.

The financial results will be announced on Tuesday, 18 February 2025, before market opens, to the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
