Date of announcement of the Bank of Cyprus Group Financial Results for the nine months ended 30 September 2024

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, 11 November 2024, to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the nine months ended 30 September 2024.

The financial results will be announced on Tuesday, 12 November 2024, before market opens, to the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
