Cancellation of Ordinary Shares and Deletion from the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Athens Stock Exchange

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') announces that pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 19 April 2024 and supplemented by the announcement on 23 September 2024 (the 'Programme'), 57,936 ordinary shares in the Company of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') (having an aggregate nominal value of €5,794) were repurchased between 4 November 2024 and 8 November 2024 and have been cancelled on 13 November 2024 pursuant to the Companies Act 2014 of Ireland.

Following the above share capital decrease, the Company's share capital now amounts to €44,185,178 divided into 441,851,775 Shares.

Following the above, the trading on the CSE and ATHEX of 57,936 Shares, which were cancelled pursuant to the Programme, shall cease as of 15 November 2024.
