Cancellation of Ordinary Shares and Deletion from the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Athens Stock Exchange

At 30 June 2024, the Bank of Cyprus Group operated through a total of 58 branches in Cyprus, of which 3 operated as cash offices. The Bank of Cyprus Group employed 2,860 staff worldwide. At 30 June 2024, the Group's Total Assets amounted to €25.5 bn and Total Equity was €2.6 bn. The Bank of Cyprus Group comprises Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company, its subsidiary Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries.

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') announces that pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 19 April 2024 and supplemented by the announcement on 23 September 2024 (the 'Programme'), 107,468 ordinary shares in the Company of €0.10 each (the 'Shares') (having an aggregate nominal value of €10,747) were repurchased between 14 October 2024 and 18 October 2024 and have been cancelled between 17 October 2024 and 23 October 2024 pursuant to the Companies Act 2014 of Ireland.
Following the above share capital decrease, the Company's share capital now amounts to €44,241,908, divided into 442,419,082 Shares.
Following the above, the trading on the CSE and ATHEX of 107,468 Shares, which were cancelled pursuant to the Programme, shall cease as of 25 October 2024.
