Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') announces that, as of 30 November 2024 the total issued share capital of the Company was 440,964,310 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 each, with each ordinary share carrying one vote.

As of 30 November 2024, the Company holds 462,067 ordinary shares as treasury shares, pending cancellation. Ordinary shares held in treasury do not carry voting rights. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 440,502,243.

The above figure 440,502,243 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), the Irish Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules 2019 and the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
