Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (the 'Company') announces that, as of 30 June 2024, the total issued share capital of the Company was 444,812,058 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 each, with each ordinary share carrying one vote.

The above figure 444,812,058 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), the Irish Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules 2019 and the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
