Appointments of New Directors

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company ("BOC Holdings") announces that on
29 April 2024 the European Central Bank approved the appointments of Mr Christian Philipp Hansmeyer and Mr William Stuart Birrell as members of the Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited. The appointments are also effective for the Board of Directors of BOC Holdings.
