Pursuant to Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and Chapter 18-10 of the Restated Regulations for Banks and Financial Institutions, I inform you as Essential Information that in Ordinary Meeting held today, the Board accepted Mr. Álvaro Jaramillo Escallon’s resignation as director.

Likewise, the Board appointed Mr. Raúl Anaya Elizalde as Director in Mr. Álvaro Jaramillo Escallon’s replacement until the next Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
