SUBJECT: Estimated level of provisions against legal risk related to FXmortgage loans portfolio in the 2nd quarter of 2025.

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] informs that theestimated level of 2nd quarter 2025 provisions for legal risk connectedwith FX mortgage loans originated by the Bank amounts to PLN 509million. Additionally, PLN 64 million worth of provisions [without P andL impact] are estimated to be created against legal risk related to theloan book originated by former Euro Bank S.A.

Final value of legal risk provisions in the 2nd quarter 2025 andfinancial results will be disclosed in the financial statements for 1sthalf 2025 due to be announced on July 29, 2025.

Despite higher level of provisions for legal risk versus previousquarter, the combination of business and other financial results imply alevel of net profit of the Bank / Group above the reported in thepreceding quarter, assuming no extraordinary events until the releasedate.
