The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [Bank] hereby informs aboutthe timetable of announcements of periodical reports of the Bank in year2025:

1] Consolidated and non-consolidated annual report for 2024 - 24.02.2025

2] Consolidated quarterly report for 1Q 2025 - 12.05.2025

3] Consolidated semi-annual report for 1st half 2025 - 29.07.2025

4] Consolidated quarterly report for 3Q 2025 - 24.10.2025

Additionally, the Bank informs, that the preliminary unauditedconsolidated results for 2024 will be announced by a current report onJanuary 31, 2025.

Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterlyreports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensednon-consolidated quarterly financial information and condensednon-consolidated half-yearly financial statement.
