The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [Bank] hereby informs aboutthe timetable of announcements of periodical reports of the Bank in year2024:

1] Consolidated and non-consolidated annual report for 2023 - 28.02.2024

2] Consolidated quarterly report for 1Q 2024 - 10.05.2024

3] Consolidated semi-annual report for 1st half 2024 - 26.07.2024

4] Consolidated quarterly report for 3Q 2024 - 29.10.2024

Additionally, the Bank informs, that the preliminary unauditedconsolidated results for 2023 will be announced by a current report onJanuary 30, 2024.

Additionally, the Bank informs that the published consolidated quarterlyreports and the consolidated half-yearly report will include condensednon-consolidated quarterly financial information and condensednon-consolidated half-yearly financial statement.
