SUBJECT: Upgrade of key ratings for Bank Millennium and maintenance ofpositive outlook by Moody's rating agency

Bank Millennium S.A's [Bank] Management Board informs that on April 10,2025 Moody's rating agency [Moody's] upgraded the Bank's long- andshort-term deposit ratings to Baa2/P-2 from Baa3/P-3 and maintained thepositive outlook on the long-term deposit ratings.

Additionally, Moody's upgraded the Bank's Baseline Credit Assessment[BCA] to ba2 from ba3, its Adjusted BCA to ba1 from ba2, its juniorsenior unsecured [also referred to as "senior non-preferred] bond andMTN programme ratings to Ba1 and [P]Ba1 respectively from Ba2/[P]Ba2,its long-term Counterparty Risk Ratings [CRR] to Baa1 from Baa2 and itslong-term Counterparty Risk [CR] Assessment to Baa1[cr] from Baa2[cr].The Bank's short-term CRRs and CR Assessment were affirmed at P-2 andP-2[cr].
