The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] informs that itlearned that on 12 May 2025 the Regional Court for Warsaw in Warsaw,13th Business Department of the National Court Register registered thechanges of the Bank's Articles of Association adopted in resolutionsnos. 45, 46 and 47 taken by the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 27March 2025. The Bank published the text of such resolutions in currentreport No. 17/2025 of March 27, 2025.

Appendix No. 1 to this current report indicates the amendments to theBank's Articles of Association registered by the Court.

Appendix No. 2 to this current report contains the wording, afteramendments, of Paragraphs: 5, 17 and 18 of the Articles of Association.

Appendix No. 3 to this current report contains the wording, beforeamendments, of Paragraphs: 5, 17 and 18 of the Articles of Association.
