The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [the Bank] informs that itlearned that on 29th May 2024 the Regional Court for Warsaw in Warsaw,13th Business Department of the National Court Register registered thechanges of the Bank's Articles of Association adopted in resolution no.32 [Resolution] of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting of 27 March 2024.The Bank published the text of the Resolution in current report No.8/2024 of March 27, 2024.

Appendix No. 1 to this current report indicates the amendments to theBank's Articles of Association registered by the Court.

Appendix No. 2 to this current report contains the wording, afteramendments, of Paragraph 5 sections 1 - 2 [with index 1] and Paragraph 6of the Articles of Association.

Appendix No. 3 to this current report contains the wording, beforeamendments, of Paragraph 5 sections 1 - 2 and Paragraph 6 of theArticles of Association.
