SUBJECT: Increase of the share in the total number of votes at theGeneral

Meeting of Bank Millennium S.A. above 5%.

Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. ("Bank_quot;) informs that on 5January 2023 the Bank received from Powszechne Towarzystwo EmerytalneAllianz Polska S.A. ("PTE Allianz Polska S.A.") a notification onincreasing the share of funds managed by PTE Allianz Polska S.A. at theGeneral Meeting of the Bank above 5% as a result of the merger withAviva Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Aviva Santander Spółka Akcyjnaon December 30, 2022.According to the notification, before themerger, 16,050,780 shares were registered on the accounts of fundsmanaged by PTE Allianz Polska S.A., i.e. Allianz Polska Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny (_quot;Allianz OFE_quot;) and Allianz Polska Dobrowolny FunduszEmerytalny (_quot;Allianz DFE_quot;), representing 1.32% of the share capital ofthe Bank.

On the account of Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny(_quot;Drugi Allianz OFE_quot;), managed by Aviva Powszechne TowarzystwoEmerytalne Aviva Santander Spółka Akcyjna, 80,760,035 shares wereregistered, representing 6.66% of the share capital of the Bank.

After the merger, the total balance on the accounts of Allianz OFE,Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE, managed by PTE Allianz Polska S.A.,amounts to 96,810,815 shares of the Bank, representing 7.98% of theshare capital, entitling to 96 810 815 votes, representing 7.98% votesat the General Meeting.
