SUBJECT: Closing of the transaction concerning the sale of shares inMillennium Financial Services sp. z o.o. and commencement of thestrategic insurance cooperation

The Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) with referenceto the Current Report No. 7/2023 of 13 February 2023 and the CurrentReport No. 10/2023 of 24 March 2023 hereby informs that on 29th March2023 took place transfer of 80% of the shares (the "Shares") inMillennium Financial Services sp. z o.o. (the "Company") from the Bankto Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie Europa S.A. which acquired 72% ofthe Company's shares and Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa S.A. whichacquired 8% of the Company's shares (collectively the _quot;Buyers_quot;) as wellas payment of the price for the Shares to the Bank.

The sale of the Shares by the Bank to the Buyers constitutes thefinalisation of the Transaction resulting in recognition of thecorrespondent positive financial result and triggers the commencement ofthe Strategic Insurance Cooperation between the Bank and the Buyers, asdescribed in the Current Report No. 7/2023 of 13 February 2023.
