SUBJECT: Admission to trading on the stock exchange in Luxemburg ofnon-preferred senior notes of the nominal value of EUR 400mn issuedunder the EMTN Programme

The Bank Millennium S.A.'s Management Board, with regards to the currentreport no. 27/2023 dated 11 September 2023, hereby informs that on 18September 2023 4-year non-preferred senior notes series 1 issued underthe EMTN Programme, with a total nominal value of EUR 400mn [_#8216;notes'],were admitted to trading on a regulated market, on the Luxembourg StockExchange.

Date of admission of the notes to trading and the date of the firstlisting is: 18 September 2023.

Rating agency Moody's assigned to the above-mentioned notes rating ofBa2 and Fitch Ratings assigned to the above-mentioned notes rating of BB.
