SUBJECT: Change of Bank Millennium ratings by Moody's rating agency

Bank Millennium S.A's (_#8216;Bank') Management Board informs that on March24th, 2023 Moody's rating agency (_#8216;Moody's') confirmed Bank's long- andshort-term deposit ratings at Baa3/P-3 and its (P)Ba2 junior seniorunsecured MTN program ratings and changed the outlook on the long-termdeposit ratings to negative from ratings under review.

Moody's further downgraded the Bank's BCA to ba3 from ba2 and confirmedits Adjusted BCA at ba2.

Today's rating actions conclude the review for downgrade on the Bankopened on 20 July 2022 and extended on 20 December 2022.
