SUBJECT: Resignation of Management Board Members from standing forre-election to the Management Board for the next term of office.

Management Board of Bank Millennium S.A. [Bank] informs that on March18, 2025 it received information from Members of the Management Board,Messrs. Andrzej Gliński and Wojciech Rybak regarding their resignationfrom standing for re-election to the Bank's Management Board for thenext term of office. The current term of office the Management Board ofthe Bank will expire on the date of the Bank's General Meeting ofShareholders approving the Bank's financial statements for 2024, whichhas been convened for March 27, 2025.

The Management Board of the Bank would like to thank Messrs. AndrzejGliński and Wojciech Rybak for their deep commitment and theirsignificant contribution to the development of Bank Millennium.
