In accordance with the Law of May 2nd 2007 relating to the disclosure of major holdings, Banimmo announces having received a notification of shareholding from the group Ethias. Indeed, following the sale of a number of shares conferring voting rights, on October 24th 2011 the shareholding of the group Ethias has fallen below the notification threshold of 5%.
Beside, Banimmo has also received a notification of shareholding from Affine, who has fallen on September 30th 2011 below the notification threshold of 50% following the sale of a number of shares conferring voting rights; Affine acts in concert with the hereunder mentioned companies:
- Strategy, Management and Investment sprl, located avenue Prince Baudouin 19 in 1150 Brussels
- André Bosmans Management sprl, located à Posteernestraat 42 in 9000 Ghent
- Stratefin Management sprl, located Struikenlaan 31inà 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode
- PH properties investments sprl, located avenue Prince Baudouin in 1150 Bruxelles
- CCL Invest sprl, located Sneppenlaan 16 in 1640 Sint-Genesius-Rode

About Banimmo
Banimmo, a real estate company for repositioning and redevelopment, acquires buildings that have a high potential for redevelopment in order to re-sell them after transformation. The company, which is active in Belgium, in France and in Luxembourg in the office, retail and semi-industrial sectors, as well as in conference and exhibition centres, is established in Brussels.
