Appointment of Mr Filip De Poorter as Chief Commercial and Operations Officer for Belgium and Luxembourg

Banimmo is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Filip De Poorter as Chief Commercial and Operations Officer for Belgium and Luxembourg.

Mr. Filip De Poorter will join the Executive Committee of Banimmo. This appointment follows the departure in June of Mr. Amaury de Crombrugghe to AG Real Estate.

Mr. Filip De Poorter will lead both the commercial as the investment and development activities for Belgium and Luxembourg. Mr. Olivier Durand remains in charge of the same activities in France.

Currently the company is held by the SIIC Affine (49.51%) and the management (24.9%) that have signed a shareholder agreement. The remainder, that is 25.59%, is in the hands of the public.
