Total Voting Rights - Shares issued from Block Listing

Bango's total issued share capital after the issue of 40,187 New Ordinary Shares following the exercise of employee share options during the month ended 31 January 2018, was 69,773,683 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights. Of the total of 40,187 New Ordinary Shares, 40,013 have been admitted to trading under the Block Listing for the Bango PLC 2005 Employee Share Option Plan and 174 have been admitted to trading under the Block Listing for the Bango PLC 2017 Employee Share Option Plan.

Bango does not currently hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 69,773,683 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in Bango as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of Bango under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
