Cambridge, UK, 30 January 2026 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that on 29 January 2026, Ray Anderson, Executive Chair, transferred a total of 200,000 Bango Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his children at nil cost, of which 100,000 were transferred to Coco Anderson, who is considered a person closely associated with Raymond Anderson. In addition, Ray gifted at nil cost, 203,194 Bango Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each to an unconnected, independent UK registered charity.

Following these dealings, Ray Anderson has a direct and indirect interest in 5,688,960 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.39% of the Company's total issued share capital.
