Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings
Cambridge, UK, 11 April 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that on 10 April 2024, in line with the established policy of allocating employee share options, it has granted a total of 420,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the capital of Bango ("Options"), to Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of the Company as detailed below.

All of the Options have an exercise price of 116 pence per share, being the closing price on 9 April 2024 (the "Exercise Price") under the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme. The options for the Executive Directors (being Paul Larbey, Raymond Anderson, Anil Malhotra and Matthew Garner) vest after three years, in one tranche, subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions. All other options vest over a three-year period, in twelve equal instalments, one twelfth each quarter. All options may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and have been granted as part of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.
