Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that Carolyn Rand, Chief Financial Officer of Bango, yesterday exercised options over a total of 12,912 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Bango Employee Share Option Scheme. The options had a weighted average exercise price of 90.56 pence per Ordinary Share. Immediately following this exercise, Carolyn Rand sold a total of 12,912 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 180.74 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this sale, Carolyn Rand continues to be interested in a total of 287,088 options over Ordinary Shares, representing 0.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
