Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile payments company, announces that it has been notified that Gerry Tucker, CFO of Bango, today purchased a total of 3,702 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 121.2 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Tucker is interested in a total of 11,933 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
