In accordance with section 31 of the Danish Capital Markets Act  we disclose that Bang & Olufsen A/S as of 04 March 2019 holds 2,138,439 shares in Bang & Olufsen A/S corresponding to 5 percent  of the total number of shares in Bang & Olufsen A/S.

The holding of own shares is mainly attributable to the DKK 485 million share buyback programme, launched by Bang & Olufsen A/S on 3 September 2018. The programme, which is further described in company announcement No. 18.05 of 3 September 2018, is expected to be completed no later than 31 December 2019.
