Sparkle Roll (Denmark) Limited hereby informs Bang & Olufsen a/s of the following correction to its announcements dated 24 May 2018:

Sparkle Roll (Denmark) Limited owns 14.9% of the total shareholding and voting rights in Bang & Olufsen a/s. Sparkle Roll (Denmark) Limited is 100% owned by Sparkle Roll Group Limited. Sparkle Roll Group Limited is 53.19% owned by Sparkle Roll Holdings Limited. Sparkle Roll Holdings Limited is 100% owned by Mr Qi Jian hong. Mr Qi Jian hong hereby indirectly holds 14.9% of the share capital and voting rights in Bang & Olufsen a/s. Mr Qi Jian hong no longer holds shares or voting rights in Sparkle Roll Tech Investments Limited.
