Mr. Jim Hagemann Snabe, vice-chairman of the Board of Directors of Bang &
Olufsen a/s, has notified the Board that he will not be seeking re-election at
the expiry of his current term of office at the Annual General Meeting on 13
September 2017. Mr. Hagemann Snabe will continue as vice-chairman until then
and he has offered to subsequently act as external advisor to the Company in
relation to technology and innovation.
The Board will review its composition ahead of the Annual General Meeting.
