Generalforsamlingen i Bang & Olufsen a/s

På den ekstraordinære generalforsamling i dag blev nedenstående besluttet, jævnfør dagsordenens punkter:

Som nye bestyrelsesmedlemmer blev JesperJarlbæk og Alberto Torres valgt, ligesom bestyrelsens forslag til overordnede retningslinjer for incitamentsaflønning blev godkendt.

Bestyrelsen konstituerede sig efter den ekstraordinære generalforsamling med Ole Andersen som formand og Niels Bjørn Christiansen som næstformand.
