કંપનીના નિયામક મંડળે ન્યાયી અને પારદર્શક રીતે ટપાલ મત અને ઈ-વોર્ટીંગની પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ઘરવા માટેના સ્કુટીનાઈઝર તરીકે મે/સ જે. જે. ગાંધી એન્ડ કાું., પ્રેકટીસીંગ કંપની સેકેટરીઝ, વડોદરાની નિમણૂક કરી છે. સભ્યોને વિનંતી છે કે ચોગ્ય રીતે ભરેલા અને સહી કરેલા ટપાલ મત પત્રકો સ્કુટીનાઈઝર્સને સોમવાર તા.૨૭મી જાન્યુઆરી. ૨૦૨૦ ના રોજ સાંજના ૫.૦૦ વાગતા સુઘી એ રીતે મળી જવા જરૂરી છે. સભ્યો પાસેથી જે ટપાલ મત પત્રકો ઉપરોક્ત તારીખ અને સમય પછી મળશે તેમના મત માન્ય ગણાશે નહીં અને ટપાલ મત હારા કે ઈવોર્ટીંગ હારા મતદાન ઉપરોક્ત તારીખ અને સમય પછી કરવા દેવામાં નહીં આવે.
