Banco Comercial Português, S.A. ("Bank"), in accordance with article 249 (3) of the Portuguese Securities Code and under the terms of other applicable legal regulations, hereby informs that, pursuant to the resolutions adopted at the General Meeting of the Bank held on November 5th , 2018, the Bank registered its new share capital of 4,725,000,000 Euros at the Commercial Registry Office, maintaining the number of nominative, book-entry shares without nominal value at 15,113,989,952.
