12 June 2015 Banco Comercial Português, S.A. announces commercial registration of share capital increase

Banco Comercial Português, S.A. ("Millennium bcp") hereby informs, for all due legal effects, that a share capital increase of Millennium bcp in the amount of 387,545,108.8 euros, from 3,706,690,253.08 euros to 4,094,235,361.88 euros, by means of the issuance of 4,844,313,860 new ordinary, book-entry shares without nominal value, at the issue price of €0.0834 per share (of which €0.08 corresponds to the respective unitary issue value and €0.0034 corresponds to share premium), has been registered today with the competent Commercial Registry Office:.

This share capital increase was performed following the resolution of the Shareholder's General Meeting held in the 11th of May 2015.

The current share capital of Millennium bcp is now of 4,094,235,361.88 euros, represented by 59,039,023,275 ordinary, book-entry shares without nominal value.

These new shares will be issued following the above mentioned registration of Millennium bcp's share capital increase with the competent Commercial Registry Office and, as of the date they are issued, the new ordinary shares will rank equally in all respects with existing ordinary shares and will entitle their holders to the same rights as those of existing shares.

It is expected that the 4,844,313,860 new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on Mercado Regulamentado Euronext Lisbon on 16 June 2015, under the ISIN code PTBCP0AM0007.
