O Banco Comercial Português, S.A. (“Banco”), em cumprimento do disposto no nº 3 do artigo 249.º do Código de Valores Mobiliários e nos termos das demais disposições legais aplicáveis, informa que, na sequência do deliberado na Assembleia Geral do Banco em 5 de Novembro de 2018, foi registado, na competente Conservatória do Registo Comercial, o novo capital social do Banco de 4.725.000.000 euros, mantendo-se em 15.113.989.952 o número de ações nominativas, escriturais e sem valor nominal.

Banco Comercial Português, S.A. (“Bank”), in accordance with article 249 (3) of the Portuguese Securities Code and under the terms of other applicable legal regulations, hereby informs that, pursuant to the resolutions adopted at the General Meeting of the Bank held on November 5th, 2018, the Bank registered its Bank’s new share capital of 4,725,000,000 Euros at the Commercial Registry Office, maintaining the number of nominative, book-entry shares without nominal value at 15,113,989,952.
