(BCP) hereby informs that it has received on June 21, 2016, a notice from Norges Bank informing on the sale of BCP shares on June 17, 2016 pursuant to which Norges Bank decreased its stake in BCP to under 2%, holding 1.93% of BCP's share capital and voting rights as at that date.
