Issue of 500 million euros Covered Bonds (Premium)

Banco Santander Totta, S.A. informs that, today, it placed with institutional investors an issue of Covered Bonds (Premium) in the amount of 500 million euros, with maturity in February 2030 and with a fixed coupon rate of 2.625%, under its Covered Bonds Programme approved by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission.

Settlement of this issue will take place on 19 February 2025.
