Banco Comercial Português, S.A. informs about the acceptance of the resignation and cooptation of a non-executive director

Banco Comercial Português, S.A. (Bank) informs that its Board of Directors approved today the cooptation of Tao Li (Vincent Li) as a non-executive member of the Bank's Board of Directors, following the submission of a letter of resignation from Lingjiang Xu from the same position, which was accepted with effect from November 27, 2025.

The co-optation was decided upon obtaining authorization from the European Central Bank to perform the duties and will be submitted for ratification at the Bank's next General Meeting.
