Banco BPI, S.A. hereby informs that, by decision taken on the 27th of March, its sole shareholder approved the Consolidated Report and Accounts and the Individual Financial Statements and notes for the 2019 financial year and Banco BPI Board of Directors proposal for the distribution of 116,548,520.00 euros of dividends with respect to the 2019 results.

In view of the exceptional current circumstances, Banco BPI and CaixaBank decided to suspend the distribution of dividends with respect to the Banco BPI 2019 results. With this decision, Banco BPI reinforces its capacity to support the Portuguese economy, its companies and its families.
