Partial demerger of Banca Akros S.p.A. in favour of Banco BPM S.p.A.: notice of filing of documents

Milan, 13 November 2023 – With reference to the press release of 3 October 2023, it is hereby announced that as from today's date, available to the public are, in accordance with current applicable regulations, at the registered office and Borsa Italiana S.p.A, as well as published on the website of Banco BPM S.p.A. www.gruppo.bancobpm.it (section "Investor Relations > Corporate Transactions > 2023 - Banca Akros Spin-off") and on the authorized storage mechanism's website , the minutes of Banco BPM's Board of Directors meeting of 7 November 2023, approving, pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 2506-ter, fifth paragraph, and 2505, first paragraph, of the Civil Code as well as Article 24.2.3. of the Articles of Association, the plan for the partial demerger of Banca Akros S.p.A. in favour of Banco BPM S.p.A..
