THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF BANCO BPM APPROVES THE DRAFT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2022
Verona, 7 March 2023 - Further to what was communicated on 7 February, it is hereby announced that the Board of Directors of Banco BPM, under the chairmanship of Massimo Tononi, has met today and has approved the financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022, which - incorporating the results already approved by the Board and disclosed to the market - record a net result of Euro 524 million for the Parent Bank and Euro 703 million at consolidated level.
The approval of the draft financial statements includes the proposal for the allocation of the profit for the year, which incorporates the proposal already formulated by the Board of Directors at the time of the approval of the results at 31 December 2022 and disclosed to the market on 7 February 2023.
The draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022, accompanied by the reports of the independent auditors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, shall be made available to the public, within the terms of the law, at the Company's registered office and at Borsa Italiana, as well as on the website www.gruppo.bancobpm.it and on the website of the authorised storage mechanism .
