PUBLICATION OF THE QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Milan, 20 January 2026 – Further to the press release issued on 6 November 2025 and with reference to the renewal of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, who will be elected by the next Shareholders' Meeting which will be convened to approve the financial statements as at 2025, it should be noted that is available to the public on Banco BPM's website at www.gruppo.bancobpm.it ("Corporate Governance – Corporate Documents" section) the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Board of Directors unanimously approved by the Board of Directors at today's meeting.
