Milan, 24 April 2020 - Following up on the press release issued on 4 April 2020, it is hereby announced that the report of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 4 April 2020 relating to approval of the proposed amendments to the articles of association was registered, on 22 April 2020, based on prior authorisation of the Supervisory Authority communicated on 14 April 2020, in the competent Register of Companies of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi pursuant to and in accordance with art. 2436 of the Italian Civil Code.
Therefore, as of today's date, the Articles of Association of Banco BPM, amended by the aforementioned Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 4 April 2020, are available to the public on the website www.bancobpm.it (Corporate Governance section), as well as at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the website of the authorised storage mechanism , according to the terms and methods set forth in the legislation in force.
